Now in its seventh year, the Cooper Parry Corporate Challenge is a firm fixture in the Nottingham business calendar. In addition to raising much needed funds for charity, the Corporate Challenge gets local businesses to take their health and fitness as seriously as their careers.
It's a team event like no other. Everyone wins - we all try to raise funds for charity, local businesses have great fun and get a little fitter at the same time.
In a relay format, teams of five follow the same course as the Experian Robin Hood Half Marathon with each team member running around 2.5 miles before handing over the 'baton'.
It is genuinely a fantastic day out for all but more importantly it is an opportunity for businesses to give back to the community we live and work in.
In 2009, our seventh year, help us raise an accumulative £250,000 for charities.
